We have recently launched Property Management software for Homeowners. The Property Management software is specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of the homeowner for Sales and Rentals.
The Property Management software allows members to Add, Edit, Manage active bookings and Post a property on www.ownersgoa.com
- Don’t miss a single booking as we have customized a Calendar in the software too. Every query is generated with a date making the system more effective for the homeowner to publish on the calendar. In addition, homeowners can add their own booking queries on the calendar system making it a complete and necessary tool.
As a homeowner (member) you may select the packages best suited according to the tenure you wish to advertise with us.
1.A Members have choice to use the online payment gateway via “ SBI “I- COLLECT” to subscribe.

- We do not accept Cash payments.
- All Bank charges/ fees (payment gateway) and Statutory Government charges /fees are to borne by the members.
- Please retain the e- receipt on your computer or print the e- receipt after a successful transaction for your record.
- The e- receipt is an invoice.
1.B Alternatively, payments can be deposited via cheque, online transfers; whichever medium is comfortable for the members.
- Please send us the bank acknowledgement receipt/ Scan copy, through an email at email@example.com to activate the membership account.
- We will issue an invoice for cheque payments made in the bank account directly.

While uploading details of your property on www.ownersgoa.com, please note to have: –
- A good title for the property,
- Detailed description of your home/ property, personalize the matter as much as possible.
- State the terms and conditions of use of your premises, if any,
- Payment policy for booking your premises,
- Upload only clean, clear & wide-angle pictures of your property.
They say, “A good picture speaks a thousand words”.
Due to copyright reasons please-“Use unmarked original pictures”- only clicked by you; & not from other realtors, agency or other classified websites having logos or watermarks etc.
- Kindly, use your active business / personal email id as the “Username”, (for example: – firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com) when registering & posting a property on the website on the POST A PROPERTY TAB.
- We will send you a system generated password and all the booking query via email.
- The property remains in the system even if the membership expires, saving you the effort of re-entering of the same property details again.
- You may renew the property anytime you wish by choosing the tenure of the membership packages.
- We request our members to update recent property pictures and description, if the property has been listed on the website for over a year or more.
- We have a “NO refund policy”. All Advertisement are time bound and will remain active until the period chosen by the Members.
- Do NOT USE this Website if you DO NOT AGREE to our Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to allow the use of our website to any members
- Any improper advertisement listing will be deleted from the system.
- Only Property listings are allowed on the website.
Our efforts have been to provide the homeowner with complete control of the Property Management software for the queries generated through the website by us and by the homeowners personal marketing efforts for all these years.
