Is there a Listing fee to Post a Property on OwnersGoa.com website?
Yes, we charge an annual fee of 2,500/- per property for Rental or on Sale. We follow a procedure for listing the assets, which includes 1st site visit fees of 500/-. Does Owners Goa provide Holiday homes Listing space for Owners?
Yes, we do provide the Direct contacts of Property Homeowners and Property Management Service companies listed on the website and charge a set-up fee of 2,500/- per listing.

Property Listings Services fees
1) Popular Plan: – Owners looking to post their property with us then the Popular plan is best suited and is valid for 1 year or till the property is available in the market which is either rented or sold by the user or before the tenure is completed. Please Note that brokerage fees are applicable in this plan. (Please choose the Popular Plan while opting for this option Pricing Plans – Owners Goa. Validity for the plan is 1 year.)
2) NB Plan: -If a property owner wishes to post their property and manage the leads themselves along with their contact information on ownersgoa.com website; then the fees are ₹5,000/- per annum per property and no brokerage will be charged by us, apart from the fees as mentioned for the listing. The property owner may share their listing page on any social media platform. The property owner however will need to update us if the property is sold / rented, as we manage an active listing inventory. (Please choose the NB Plan while opting for this option Pricing Plans – Owners Goa. Validity for the plan is 1 year.)
3) HVH Plan Holiday Homes / Vacation Homes Listing: – We do provide the Direct contacts of Property Homeowners and Property Management Service companies listed on the website and charge a set-up fee of ₹2,500/- per Listing for Daily rentals (BnB) & short term (Monthly) stays with Direct Contact Details of the Host. (Please choose the HVH Plan while opting for this option Pricing Plans – Owners Goa. Validity for the plan is 1 year.)
Property site visit are mandatory, as we verify properties before we list on the website.
Fees for Real Estate Services
• For Property Sales: – 4% Brokerage (2% Seller & 2% Buyer) for Sales on the Deal Volume.
• For Property Rentals: -2 months brokerage on 11 months stay (1 month Owner & 1 month Client) for Rental properties.
• Phone Consultation on Property Matters by appointment only: – ₹3,000/- per session. – To Book the slot – an advance payment of 50% is required and can be transferred via UPI or Bank Transfer (account details will be shared on request only) and balance 50% once the session is over. We will do our best to answer the questions you have but do not guarantee to solve the problem / issues if any.
Site Visits and Inspections fees
a) Property Site Visit by Appointments Only (Clients): – ₹500/- per property (for sale or rent)

b) Property Inspection by Appointments Only (Owners): – ₹500/- per property (for sale or rent).
Legal & Utility fees (Optional): –
A) 1) Assistance for Legal Documentation & Stationery: – ₹25,000/- per property for Sales
2) Assistance in preparing documentation for Residential Rental Agreement for Long term Rent is ₹3,500/- including Stamp paper.
3) Assistance in Notarizing the agreement by the Advocate Notary is on actuals (i.e. Notary fees and ₹500/- our fees)
4) Commercial Lease Agreement is prepared by the Legal Team which includes the Stamp Paper and the costs vary from asset to asset.
B)- Utilities Transfers: – ₹25,000/- per transfer for House Tax / Water Bill / Electricity Bill / Mutation (Form I & 14).

This feature is available for Paid Members, who choose not to get unsolicited calls or emails.
The content of listing is accessible by the Pass code holder, which the user chooses to share with.
Does Owners Goa offer a refund policy on the property advertisements?
We have a “NO refund policy”. All Advertisement are time-bound and will remain active until the membership plan/period chosen by the Members.
We reserve the right to allow the use of our website to any members. Any inappropriate advertisement listing will be deleted from the system. Only Property listings are allowed on the website.

How does the Membership Expiry and Renewal work?
- The property listing details remain in the system for the next 3 months even if the membership expires, saving you the effort of re-entering of the same property details again.
- You may renew the property anytime you wish by choosing the tenure of the membership plans.
- We request our members to update recent property pictures and description, if the property has been listed on the website for over a year or more.
How to submit a property?
We assist in uploading, submitting and maintaining the property details on our website.
